I am a counseling therapist using a multimodal, holistic approach to problem solving and healing. I draw from CBT/DBT, Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support my clients in achieving their goals.
I believe all people have infinite potential and can find ways to live fuller, more meaningful, and ultimately happier and healthier lives. Therapy should be tailored to the individuals and their needs, so I offer in-office and online therapy sessions, including trauma-debrief sessions for public safety personnel.
I am committed to promoting positive mental health and the idea that therapy is similar to exercising, so it should be preventative as well as curative.
